How long is the shipping time?

The average delivery time is about 8-15 working days to the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and European Union. However, this time can sometimes be exceeded and last up to 20 days, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and postal service.

I entered a wrong address, can I change it?

If this is the case for you, please send us an e-mail to info@toddlerspalace.com as soon as possible and we will take care of it. However, we can't promise anything, as all our items are usually processed immediately after your order and are shipped the same day or a few days later

The tracking number says order delivered, but I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Before contacting us, please contact the postman to open a case of missing items. We are happy to help you find lost/lost items, but your post office is the best way to find your item. If the postman deems the item misplaced or stolen, you will be compensated for the shipment through a shipping insurance policy.

What are the prices? How do I get a "FREE DELIVERY"?

We offer you an insured FREE shipping with every order!

Where do we ship to?

We offer international shipping. However, for security reasons, we cannot ship to the military sector.

Is my purchase safe?

Toddlers Palace has a contract with Shopify Checkout, all of which use the latest anti-fraud technology to combat fraud and scammers. ToddlersPalace will NEVER share your financial information with merchants and/or private companies. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

How can I pay my order?

We offer secure shopping and accept payment by credit card, debit card VISA, or PayPal. So you can choose the one that suits you best. All products are listed in US$, our system will automatically change your currency to make it easier for you when ordering.

What if I have received the wrong article?

Mistakes unfortunately happen. But, of course, it's not your fault, and we'll take care of it. To speed up this process, just cotact us here: info@toddlerspalace.com and we do whatever it takes to make you satisfied!

What should I do if the package is lost?

To prevent your package from being lost, please make sure that you double check the delivery addresses to ensure correct delivery.

Before contacting us, please contact the postman to open the case with the missing items. We are happy to help you find lost/missing items, but your post office is the best way to locate your shipment. If the postman considers the item to have been misplaced or stolen, you will be compensated for the item through a shipping insurance policy. 

If an item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer that the item has been returned by the postal service and ask if the customer would like to receive it again.
